The Galleri Classic Presented by Spotlight 29 Casino Announces Star-Studded 2025 Field Featuring Hall of Famers, Major Champions, and Golf Legends

Rancho Mirage, Calif. – The highly anticipated third edition of The Galleri Classic Presented by Spotlight 29 Casino is set to showcase a world-class field of golf legends as the PGA TOUR Champions event returns to the iconic Mission Hills Country Club from March 28-30, 2025.

This year’s tournament boasts a star-studded lineup, featuring seven World Golf Hall of Famers, six former World No. 1s, and 18 major champions from the PGA TOUR. Among them are defending champion Retief Goosen, past winner David Toms, and legendary names such as Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, and Bernhard Langer.

The Galleri Classic, named after title sponsor GRAIL’s groundbreaking multi-cancer early detection test, will feature a 54-hole competition with a $2.2 million purse, awarding $330,000 to the winner.

A Field of Golf’s Finest
Returning to the desert to compete for the prestigious title are:

  • Defending champion Retief Goosen and 2023 winner David Toms
  • PGA TOUR Champions Player of the Year and Charles Schwab Cup champion Steven Alker
  • World Golf Hall of Famers and past World No. 1s Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, and Bernhard Langer (PGA TOUR Champions’ all-time wins leader)
  • Two-time major champion John Daly
  • 2024 PGA TOUR Champions Rookie of the Year Ricardo Gonzalez
  • Steve Stricker, back as a GRAIL ambassador to raise awareness for multi-cancer early detection

Tickets & Event Information
Fans can purchase daily and tournament-long ticket options for The Galleri Classic at www.TheGalleriClassic.com, including access to official Pro-Am rounds on March 26-27 and three days of competition from March 28-30.

Parking & Shuttle Services:

  • General spectator parking (March 26-30) is available at 675 Crossley Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264, with free shuttle service to and from Mission Hills Country Club.
  • Parking passes can be purchased online for $10 or on-site for $15.
  • Complimentary luxury shuttles will operate between Spotlight 29 Casino and the tournament venue every 30 minutes from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on competition days (March 28-30).

Special Exemptions & Community Engagement
The Galleri Classic has granted tournament exemptions to Mario Tiziani and Notah Begay III.

Begay, the only Native American golfer on the PGA TOUR Champions, will also lead the second-annual youth golf clinic on March 25 at 4 p.m. at Coachella Crossroads, in partnership with the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, Spotlight 29 Casino, and First Tee Coachella Valley. This free clinic is open to Native American children ages 17 and under from federally recognized Tribes in Southern California.

The final three spots in the tournament field will be determined at the open qualifier on March 25 at Bermuda Dunes Country Club (Classic Course).
