Bourbon Steak, the great Michael Mina restaurant at the Monarch Beach Resort, was the setting for a special evening exclusively for Monarch members. (Exclusive benefits include exclusive beach access, privileged access to its restaurants, white glove concierge service, etc.)
As one of its unique experiences, members gathered for a private dinner and wine auction crafted by chef Mina himself (one of the special occasions where chef Mina is at the restaurant) and specifically designed for this evening. The evening began spectacularly in the new Bourbon Steak Wine Cave where Monarch members, joined by chef Mina for a celebratory toast of Champagne and bites of Bourbon Steak’s signature Caviar Parfait.
Guests in attendance were also able to bid exclusive, curated selections of wines from the cellar which included rare grower Champagnes and robust vintage burgundies. Upon closing of the auction, guests were welcome in Bourbon Steak’s private dining room for a four-course, wine-paired dinner prepared by chef Mina himself. Another great event!
