Anaheim-based Towne Park Brew Co. in collaboration with Oak Grill in Newport Beach hosted a craft beer dinner featuring an amazing menu perfectly paired with a variety of beers.
Executive chef Britney Valles created a beautiful menu that was complemented with some beautiful paired craft beer selections by Towne Park Brew Co.
We got to listen to Founder and Towne Mayor, Brett Lawrence, regarding his passion to create beers that do not overpower food but complement them.
The Oak Grill staff and team perfectly delivered each of the course on time and with a big smile, our friendly host and Bar Manager, Michael Ellis, took us on an extraordinary adventure throughout the night and brought the energy to put it all together.
